As a union journeyman carpenter with a background in carpentry, repairs, renovations, and property improvement, he leads field operations and oversees the quality of work completed on every project. His responsibilities include property assessments, project planning, storm-preparation and damage-repair services, carpentry and remodeling work, job-site safety, materials coordination, and customer satisfaction. His leadership is centered on protecting Florida properties, restoring damaged homes, and creating long-term value for clients and communities.
Leslie, Administrative and Business Relations Lead, supports the company by managing the administrative, communication, and negotiation side of the business. She helps keep projects organized by handling client communication, appointment scheduling, estimates and paperwork coordination, vendor and subcontractor communication, recordkeeping, follow-ups, and business correspondence. Leslie also plays an important role in negotiations with customers, suppliers, and business partners, helping PrimePreserve Renovations maintain professional relationships, clear expectations, and fair agreements.
